Since 1981, when John and Barbara Graham founded our company, we have taken a long-term view on relationships. Following our rebrand into Graham Construction, a 3G Company (Iowa) and 3G Companies (Nebraska and Wisconsin), the name “3G” was established to represent everything Graham stands for. More than a name, 3G is our ETHOS – our why- and it defines how we think, act, and protect.

Graham Construction Company is founded by John Graham, and begins the first medical construction project for Mercy Campus which still to this day is a current client.
2001
Begins first Private Education project at Simpson College
2005
Starts doing work in Cedar Rapids at St. Luke’s Hospital
2008
Begins building first replacement and USDA funded hospital at Ringgold County Hospital
2012
The Graham Mentality Award is established to honor employees who exemplify Graham’s core values

Graham Construction builds its first industrial warehouse
Graham Construction opens a new regional office in Cedar Rapids, IA
