Ames Surgery Center

This project consists of a new 32,000 SF ambulatory surgery center in Ames, Iowa. The center will offer surgical procedures, endoscopy procedures, and off-load eligible ambulatory procedures from Mary Greeley Medical Center’s main campus. The building includes three different entrances, one for patients, one for staff, and one for truck/deliveries. The building includes operating rooms, an ophthalmology operating room, pre-post rooms, locker rooms, break rooms, office space, Sterile Processing & Decontamination, and more.
