Basil Prosperi

Graham Construction recently completed work with Basil Prosperi and Substance Architecture. The 1,161 square foot project was an interior renovation of tenant space on the 3rd floor of the 801 Grand building. Graham converted an area into dining space and a pizza kitchen equipped with a commercial kitchen hood. Adding mechanical hood penetrations within the existing space for the kitchen hood was challenging but did not keep the project from finishing ahead of ahead of schedule.

The tenant occupied the space throughout construction. To accommodate this, Graham performed services during nights and weekends with limited access to the 3rd floor. This allowed for the tenant to continue running normal business hours through project completion.
