Broadlawns Medical Center Community Clinic at Drake

This project is a new construction of a 12,000 SF medical clinic for Broadlawns on Drake University’s campus. The building is very unique consisting of large glass curtain walls, exterior thermally modified ash wood paneling, and beautiful custom light fixtures throughout the interior. The clinic offers family medicine, urgent care, mental health and a rotation of other specialties.
