Broadlawns Medical Center

The relationship between Broadlawns Medical Center and Graham Construction started in 2009 and has continued with multiple projects including a multi-phased Inpatient Behavioral Health Renovation and several clinic projects.

Broadlawns Medical Center and Graham Construction have teamed together in 2015 to build a 72,000 square foot, four story medical office building. The completed clinic with associated sitework was erected on the eastern portion of the Broadlawns campus completed in February of 2017. This new state-of-the-art facility includes a new Family Health Center, Outpatient Behavioral Health services, and expanded the Dental Clinic to twenty-two chairs. The new clinic space enables Broadlawns to serve more Polk County families. The building has one and one-half floors of shell space to allow for growth on campus and flexibility to adapt to Broadlawns’ future needs.
