Broadlawns Ortho and Podiatry

This project was a build out of an existing shell space on the 4th floor of the Medical Plaza Building. The build out added 16 exam rooms, 5 provider offices, and 2 nurse stations as well as a break room for the staff and a new lobby and waiting room for patients. The Podiatric and Orthopedic Clinics relocated to this space, which meant ensuring that each clinic had an adequate number of exam rooms and storage space to increase their operational efficiencies in their new space.
