Dee Zee Warehouse

Graham Construction built a second facility for Dee Zee manufacturing. This warehouse is a 100,000 square foot facility for general commodity storage. The building is a 24’ clear conventional steel frame with load bearing precast exterior walls and 60 mil TPO roof. The loading dock area has 9 dock doors with 50,000 lb dock levelers and one on grade accessible overhead door. The building uses an Early Suppression Fast Fire Sprinkler System.
