Dowling Catholic Addition and Renovations

The project includes a new FEMA-compliant auxiliary gym, arena, relocated loading dock, and campanile, along with renovations to the kitchen, dining area, student entrance, offices, student store, and locker areas. Spanning over 120,000 SF, the 25-month project (starting Summer 2026) demands tight timelines on critical areas to maintain uninterrupted student services.
