Floyd Valley Healthcare OB Specialty Clinic

This 11,000-square-foot interior renovation of an existing hospital was completed in multiple phases to ensure the facility remained fully operational throughout construction. Key upgrades included relocating the Obstetrics (OB) Department, renovating the hospital lab, and upgrading finishes in the sleep lab. The project also required ductwork and fire damper upgrades in the kitchen area below the OB department, along with shaft wall reconstruction and fire barrier enhancements to meet current safety codes.
