Floyd Valley Healthcare Specialty Clinic Addition

The Floyd Valley Healthcare Specialty Clinic Addition is an addition to the Floyd Valley Healthcare Campus and an interior renovation of the existing hospital. The first level of the addition is a specialty clinic, while the second floor is going to significantly expand the Physical and Occupational Therapy suite in the hospital and allow them to perform all of these services in one location. The addition is roughly 13,000 square feet, with nearly 7,000 square feet of renovation inside the existing clinic and therapy suite. The phased construction allowed for to remain in operation throughout the duration of the project.
