LGI Headquarters Expansion

The Lauridsen Group, Inc. (LGI) Headquarters Expansion project supports the continued growth of the company located in Ankeny, IA as well as the growth of sister companies Proliant Inc. and APC by expanding their Corporate Headquarters with a 20,435 SF horizontal expansion. Building highlights include 25 private offices, 81 open office spaces, many located beneath a 24’-0” clerestory space accented by natural lighting, 6 conference rooms, and 1 large lounge/conference room separable by a 10’-0” full height glass partition wall for multi-event use.
