LGI Research & Development Lab

When the Lauridsen Group, Inc. (LGI) decided to expand their corporate campus with the addition of a research and development laboratory, they once again turned to Graham Construction. LGI and Graham have now teamed together for their third project.

The R & D Lab was built adjacent to their corporate headquarters and serves several of their companies’ research needs. The 21,422 square foot facility houses four independent labs for Proliant Meats, Proliant Dairy, Proliant Biologics and APC as well as a shared 5,000 square foot Pilot Plant. The Pilot Plant is used for small batch test manufacturing of new products. The building also provides office space for researchers, training and conference center and a research kitchen.
