Maffitt Water Treatment Plant

Graham Construction was selected for their cost proposal and their voluntary cost and design alternates, which were based upon 20% complete construction documents. Graham Construction then worked directly with the owner and design team to complete construction documents. In working directly with the owner and design team, Graham Construction was able to help lower the cost of the plant below the original budget. The project was also scheduled so that final design and construction progressed simultaneously, with each part going out in separate bid packages, allowing the project to be finished within a shorter time frame.
