Mercy Comfort Health Center for Women

Graham Construction is honored to have Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines as a client since our company was founded in 1981. We are proud to have participated in the recently completed Mercy Comfort Health Center for Women in Clive, IA. There is no other medical facility in the state of Iowa that offers so many specialized services for women under one roof. This is a medical center dedicated to diseases and conditions experienced almost exclusively by women. The project included a 3000 square foot addition at the front entry with a 36,000 square foot renovation. The renovated spaces include full-time access for breast health care, urologic care, medical imaging, internal medicine, behavioral health, dermatology and plastic surgery services. There is also a designated location for visiting specialists who bring additional services to the center. All clinic spaces were designed with the Medical Home Model in mind. Multiple renovations within the medical office building were completed by Graham prior to the Women’s Center project being able to kick off.
