MercyOne Waterloo EP Lab Renovations

The MercyOne Waterloo EP Lab Renovations consists of architectural renovations and MEP upgrades. Custom PLAM casework and countertops, lead lined drywall, wall protection, and epoxy paint are being used. There is a relocation of med gas outlets and structural penetrations for HVAC ductwork. Work is taking place in an active Hospital adjacent to the surgery suite. Areas of the project included an EP lab suite, breakroom, and storage room converstion.
