PayPal New Omaha Office

Due to the previous success the client has had with Graham, Graham was once again selected to renovate PayPal’s new office space in Omaha. This project consisted of 42,000sf on the 2nd and 4th floor of the Union Bank and Trust building in Omaha. This project had very high end and unique finishes throughout the space, including powder coated screen walls, curved walls, wood arches, and custom murals. The project had a very tight schedule and long lead times on these specialized finishes. Much of the scope was procured months before the drawings were finalized. The project was also on raised access flooring which created challenges as 40% of the space was ceramic tile flooring. The electrical, low voltage, and plumbing needed to be coordinated very early on and installation started prior to framing of walls. This was due to the amount of ceramic tile needed to be laid and eliminating access to large spaces after the tile is complete.
