Plumbers Local Union 16

The Plumbers Local Union 16 Renovation and Addition Project involved transforming the historic Anthony’s Steakhouse in Omaha, Nebraska, into a modern Plumbers Union facility with a dedicated training shop. Situated on a 3.3-acre site in the heart of Omaha, the project included remodeling the existing 22,500 SF building and constructing a new 7,000 SF, single-story training shop with a mezzanine. The renovation encompasses office spaces, adult training classrooms, and a Union Hall assembly area, while the new addition provides a specialized training shop with mezzanine space. The site also accommodates approximately 135 parking stalls, an existing outdoor courtyard, and a trash enclosure.
