St. Anthony Dialysis and OB Renovations

Graham has been a partner of St. Anthony Regional Hospital for over 30 years and has completed multiple projects. In 2022, Graham Construction began converting the former infusion space and specialty clinic into a new location for their Dialysis services. This 4,214 SF remodel consisted of new treatment prep room, eleven new dialysis bays, one isolation room, and expanded staff areas including locker room, offices and conference rooms. This renovation was completed in 8 months and was ran concurrently with the birthing renovation on the third floor. The birthing renovation was a 10,320 SF refresh of the existing birthing unit.The upgrades included a new air handling unit to serve one wing of the OB, new head wall and mill work in the LDRP rooms, expansion of a current LDRP room into an isolation room, four new birthing tubs, modification of the C-section suite for upgraded storage, lighting and flooring. The nursery was expanded and relocated and staff areas including a locker room, sleep room and break area were added.
