Story County Medical Center Senior Care

Story County added a new Senior Care Facility on site next to Story County Hospital. The shell consists of CIP concrete, stone, siding, steel members, windows, asphalt shingles, membrane roofing with slab on grade floor. The interior finishes include gypsum wall board, floor products, acoustical ceiling system, wooden casework and trim. The Senior Care Living Facility includes electrical and mechanical rooms, offices, kitchens, multi-purpose areas, resident units, spas, porte cocheres, and courtyards.
