This project brought together therapy, psychiatric care, primary care, Same Day Access, crisis support, outreach, and peer support services into one centralized location in Cedar Rapids. Designed to improve accessibility and coordination of care, the center offers a comprehensive, one-stop resource for a broad range of mental health and wellness needs.
