UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s Hospital Vascular and Interventional Radiology Expansion

This project involved the full demolition of the existing third-floor cardiac rehabilitation area and the construction of two complete vascular IR labs, one shelled IR lab, nine pre/post rooms, a minor procedure room, and a new third-floor clinical suite. The renovation encompassed 12,000 SF.
