UnityPoint – St Luke’s 3 Center and 3 West Renovation

This project consisted of approximately 50 patient rooms and was split up into 5 phases, one of which included moving the existing dialysis space upstairs to creating a more updated and user-friendly area. The project was phased to allow the hospital to continue normal operation throughout the construction process and not hinder their ability to treat patients. The construction period took place from May 2021-May 2023.
